Funny but 25 stands for pure to me.  So does the place position of the letter Y.  And in that case, the phone number 9 would be a pure number as well.  Perhaps collecting 9 quarters from generous gifters is a great idea to be considered.  The total would be 2.25 which equals 2 silver dollars and then some.
